Exclusive: A luxury resort hotel is coming to Lake Coco, according to an exclusive report by ESPN.

The “Golden” Beachfront hotel will open in 2020, and will be located on the northwest shore of Lake Cocos.

The resort hotel will be the latest in a line of new developments for Lake Cocoo.

In January 2020, the Beachfront Resorts Corp. announced plans to develop Lake Cocoon, a 200-room luxury resort, at Lake Okeechobee.

And in June 2020, a new resort hotel project at the nearby Cocoa Resort and Spa is expected to open in 2019.

A spokesman for the Beachback Resort Co. said the BeachFront hotel will have a “fitness center” and a “sports bar,” but he did not give any other details.

The resort hotel would not be located directly next to the Cocoa resort.

According to the report, the hotel will cost $1 million to $1.5 million per floor.

The cost of the beachfront property will be $300,000.

Lake Cocoa, a popular destination for sunbathers, was designated a World Heritage Site in 2006, and is also the home of the Coco Beach Surf Club, a group of locals who have lived in the area for decades.

The group has long called for a new beachfront resort hotel to be built.
