A woman has revealed how to be more confident and assertive in the beach when she is out with friends.

Caroline Smith, a 25-year-old marketing consultant, said she was inspired to tackle the topic after a friend of her, a 29-year old marketing executive, said they had “issues”.

What am I going to do?’ “

So, I was like ‘What do I do?

“And that’s when I realised I could do that and be more assertive and confident and confident in myself.” “

Ms Smith said she wanted to share her tips to other women on how to navigate the beach. “

“I felt like there’s a lot of women who aren’t aware of their own strength, their own confidence, their self-esteem and their own ability,” she said.

“And so, I wanted to do something for that.”

‘I want to be in a position where I can say I’m a feminist’ Ms Smith has created a website called the Feminista, which is dedicated to empowering women who are on the internet and want to do more to show themselves and their values.

“My website is a platform for me to share my experiences and challenges and to be able to show others that I can do that,” she told the ABC.

“The site is about empowering women and giving them the platform to be proud and confident, to say I am a feminist.”‘

I feel like it’s just about me’ Ms Miller said she had struggled with her confidence before.

“One of the first things I did when I got to Sydney was go to the gym,” she explained.

“Now I feel confident in my own body and I feel good about myself and I want to take it one step further and be in that position where, I want the support of the community.” “

‘We’ve got to be confident enough to take on men’ The site also encourages women to find their own balance of confidence, acceptance and acceptance of others, including men. “

Ms Miller also encouraged women to seek help and support from their friends and family.

“We have to be aware of our own limitations,” she added.

“Just because we’re women, we’ve got a lot more things that we can do to help ourselves and to support others.”

‘It’s about me now’ Ms Mitchell said she felt she had “got to the place where I feel really good about my own self-confidence”.

“When you’ve been in that place, it feels like it really does give you the confidence to be comfortable with yourself and with other women, and to accept that other women can be a little bit stronger than you are,” she concluded.

“That’s what we’ve all got to do to be successful and to have a great life.”
