A $2.5 million waterfront mansion with an 11-car garage is the latest addition to a $200 million home and luxury development in the Miami-Dade County suburbs.

The mansion is at 8201 N. Miami Beach Blvd.

and features a 12,000-square-foot house with a pool and spa.

The home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The 5,200-square foot mansion also includes a rooftop terrace, spa, tennis courts and a clubhouse with a gym.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The mansion is a new addition to the Miami Beach Hills development.

The $200M house was designed by Frank Gehry, whose other Miami Beach properties include the 2,700-square feet apartment complex at 1740 N. Biscayne Blvd.

in Miami Beach and the $600M mansion at 3145 W. Miami St. in Coral Gables.

It is one of three planned Miami Beach homes to go up in the next five years.

The other two are the $1.6 billion Beachgate home and the 2.5-acre development near the Miami River.
