A beachfront property in California’s Central Valley is getting a faceline.
A developer says the city of Santa Rosa has agreed to take $50,000 to $60,000 out of the $70 million construction of the new Ocean Park and the Oceanview condo towers.
The new condo buildings would replace the oceanfront condo towers on Ocean Beach in Santa Rosa.
The new projects would include new condo and hotel units, an amphitheater and a public space on Ocean View, according to a press release from the city.
The city’s Office of Environmental Services will begin the work to install the facelifts next month, according the press release.
The Oceanview project is one of two in the Central Valley, and the other is in Orange County.
The Oceanview condos are slated to open later this year.
